Now more than ever it's important to begin setting boundaries and making time for stillness as often as possible in between cooking and keeping the peace between your crazy cousin Bobby and your aunty Shirleen at the family dinner table.
This 5 day program is for you if you need to hit the reset button on your self-care commitment. You understand that if you don't find the time to take care of yourself your body may decide to do it for you. You want to get back into your flow by setting boundaries, improving your mindset, gaining clarity on what's important to you, kicking self-care guilt to the curb and also learning about creating a routine that you can stick with.
The beautiful thing about this type of session is that you can do it AT HOME for just a few minutes a day without needing to schedule vacation time or pay hundreds of dollars to head out on a trip (unless that is what your schedule permits). We all can't book flights or take days away on short notice but we still deserve time to hit the reset button every month.
